Our interior design scope is primarily priced based on the number of rooms, cabinetry size and quantity, and overall project complexity. Our process is structured into four distinct stages: Concept Design, Preliminary Design, Intermediate Design, and Final Design. Fees are invoiced at the completion of each stage. A 10% to 20% deposit is requested at the start of the job, pending the total fee amount. For work extending beyond the initial agreed scope, an hourly rate applies. Marketing materials, on-site visits, and project management services are priced separately as add-ons, with fees dependent on the project's size and specific requirements.

Q: Can Métisse assist with sourcing materials and furniture?

We provide detailed finishes schedules that specify all materials, finishes, electrical fittings, appliances, and bathroomware. This also includes fixed soft furnishings like curtains. While loose furniture selection is not a standard offering, it can be discussed and potentially included as part of a broader interior design project scope.

Absolutely. We believe the path to achieving the best possible results for your project lies in strong, collaborative teamwork. We actively partner with your existing architect, building designer, builder, and you, the client. By openly sharing our knowledge and working together, we ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow that elevates the entire project to its fullest potential.
