• Review of your Architect’s Preliminary Floorplans and Advice on Internal Spatial Design & Layout.
• Review of Existing Floorplans to provide Alternative Concept Floorplan (Floorplan, Elevations & 3D Model)

• Creation of Design Concept Presentation using Reference Imagery, Materials and Fittings Suggestions, Moodboards to illustrate the style and atmosphere of the house as well as some Design Ideas.
• Option to have Concept Floorplans, Elevation and 3D Black and White Views for Key Areas.

Develop a strong Visual Identity with a name, a logo and a colour palette for your project. You will be using these for you project website, social media, real estate campaign, so it is important to get it right from the start!
We also offer Marketing Floorplans and Merketing Finishes Brochures, which we offer as a stand-alone product, but is great as an add-on to our design services, as we already have floorplans and can can make changes to everything at once, saving you time and money.
